Delighting Guests, Making Miracles

The beauty of our fundraising model is that it allows associates at companies like Marriott to get creative when it comes to raising money to help sick and injured kids at their local hospital. Some Marriott associates in San Francisco are doing just that.

The team at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront started a program in the summer that offered some free perks to guests while also giving the guests an opportunity to donate to UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals. Some of the perks included a cookie station in the lobby, a lemonade stand in the valet area, steak tastings, root beer floats and more. The program has been so successful that the hotel has continued it into the fall.
