Courtyard Marriott at Columbia Point gets back to their “Roots”

Courtyard Marriott at Columbia Point is celebrating #NationalRootBeerFloatDay ALL WEEK to benefit kids across Central Washington through Virginia Mason Memorial’s Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals® program.

Starting August 7 through August 11 between 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy root beer floats at the Courtyard Bistro with a donation to CMN.

While Marriott properties across the country are serving floats to help local kids, this campaign also honors the company’s roots. The Marriott brand started in 1927 as an A&W root beer float stand in Washington DC operated by the Marriott family.

Beat the heat this week by treating yourself to an AW-esome root beer float at the Courtyard Marriott at Columbia Point.
