2nd Annual Seattle Torch Relay

The Marriott Business Council is hosting the 2nd Annual Seattle Torch Relay on Sunday, September 14 to support Seattle Children’s. The Torch Relay is joined together through a unified series of walks, runs and cycling events that are connected by a single torch that travels to more than 25 cities in support of CMNH.

The Seattle Torch Relay is a 3 mile fun run/walk that starts from the Bell Harbor Conference Center and the waterfront. A participant celebration featuring food, and a raffle will conclude the event. 100% of all funds raised at this event will support Seattle Children’s Hospital.

The Torch Relay for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals is an all-volunteer organization supported by corporate sponsors.  The Torch Relay is joined together through a unified series of walks, runs and cycling events that are connected by a single torch that travels to more than 25 cities in support of children’s hospitals nationwide.

100% of the participant fundraising goes to Seattle Children’s, our local Children’s Miracle Network hospital.

The first Torch Relay was a continuous mile to mile relay from Miami, FL to Orlando, FL in 2002.  Since that first mile, The Torch Relay has raised more than $19 million dollars for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals and traveled more than 100,000 miles across the US, with over 70,000 participants.
